Project phases

Phase 1: GAP analysis
With a GAP analysis, we determine the status quo by analyzing the current state of affairs based on the TISAX requirements. This way you know exactly where you are and what to expect. The necessary measures are proposed in a corrective action plan (CAP) and assessed with the expected costs.
Phase 2: Implementation
Creation of the necessary documentation, instructions and process descriptions by providing and presenting the necessary documents for TISAX.
