Our support towards ISO 9001 certification begins with a Gap analysis to assess the maturity of your organization according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. This research phase gives the consultant the opportunity to understand the specificities of your organization in order to create quality management system adapted to your context. At the end of this diagnosis, we create an action plan to define the main stages of the project.
The consultant trains your organization's internal auditors so that you can be independent in carrying out the audits required by the ISO 9001 standard.
